Hades was formed in anno 1992 by Jörn (ex-member of Immortal) because he wanted to create a music style that was both filled with melancholy and atmosphere to please his lust of memories of old Bergen (Bjorgvin) and old lands of mysteries and folklore. Remi (ex-member of Dark) joined as a drummer with thunder in his black soul which was full of inspiration. He also wnated to create a music style with no lack of originality and true feelings...
Janto joined as a singer and bass-player to fill his and our minds with extremely northern riffs and the voice of only a king!! And with a way to pronounce the words, we just had to get him into Hades.
About six months before Hades entered the studio to record "...Again Shall Be" they managed to get Stig into the band as a second guitarplayer... He is the one that fullfilled the band!
In the year of 1993, Hades recorded their first demo "Alone Walkyng" in Grieghallen studios (Bergen). The demo contained three tracks, "Unholy Congregation", "Hecate (Queen of Hades)" and the title track. There was a great response and Wounded Love (ita) released it on their label as cassette and soon as a mini-CD. After releasing their debut CD "...Again Shall Be" and the great response it recieved, Hades decided to release their second full-length entitled "Dawn of the Dying Sun" also on the label Full Moon Productions. This new full-length will contain 6-8 tracks, featuring the legendary track "Alone Walkyng"
